Dr Caterina Massara (B. A Human Movement Studies, B. Chiro Sc., M. Chiro) PRINCIPAL CHIROPRACTOR / PRACTICE OWNER
Caterina was first drawn to Chiropractic 17 years ago while studying Human Movement Studies at the University of Technology Sydney. At the time she was also working in the fitness industry in the areas of Exercise Prescription, Fitness Testing, Personal Training, Exercise Rehabilitation and Group Fitness Instruction.
It was her own successful experiences with Chiropractic care along with a desire to acquire a better understanding and ability to apply the principles of human biomechanics which then led her to undertake further study. Caterina completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.
Caterina has owned and managed 2 successful health practices in the Inner West and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has helped a number of first grade athletes including past and present Australian Cricketers, Rugby League, Rugby Union and AFL players. Furthermore, she has completed further study in the areas of Pregnancy, Post-Pregnancy and Pediatric Care.
With a keen interest and understanding of human biomechanics, Caterina is also proficient in Orthotic Prescription. Her chiropractic techniques include Diversified Adjusting Techniques, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Activator, and Musculoskeletal Acupuncture.
With a philosophy that ‘health comes from within’, Caterina also places a major emphasis on Nutrition and Mental Health, working with a local network of other practitioners in order to be able to deliver true, wholistic care.

Lisa has been in practice in the field of complimentary medicine for 29 years. She first began practice in 1988 as a Zen Shiatsu and massage therapist and then studied acupuncture and received a Bachelor of Health Science in 1997.
Lisa incorporates acupuncture, massage, lifestyle advice and Chinese herbs to assist clients in attaining a sense of health, well being and joy in their lives.

She works with clients holistically with an aim to enable strong support and independent individuals who can function in life, no matter what their circumstances.
The founder of Kinesiology For Performance; Sharrda Shah, is a leading Kinesiologist in Australia that is actively using Mathematical Pattern Theory, Counselling, Somatic Psychotherapy, Body Psychology and Kinesiology to produce amazing shifts for her clients.
Sharrda has had a Corporate Career (understands business and client issues), a qualified educator, career counsellor and a Kinesiologist and has run a successful clinic for over 10 years. Sharrda is a teacher of Kinesiology, practitioner of Vipassana Meditation.
